Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders, clearance products, or products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@snappariiz.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping fees.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
